    Just saw your article in JAAPA 4 2014. Always enjoyed reading your wisdoms. Felt a little pang. I’m 60, with nearly 34 years as a PA in IM. We are developing a new “enterprise” in our system that is a bit scary. On the other hand it seems every 10 years i’m put into a new directions. So far that has been good.
